We use gourmet chocolate, always with dark, and sometimes with milk and white chocolate for our chocolate barks.  The freshly roasted, lightly salted nuts in our nut and nut & fruit barks gives our barks superb flavor.

Our almond bark comes in dark, milk, or white chocolate, as does our pistachio bark and our cashew bark.

Tart, lightly sweetened dried cranberries star in our dark and white chocolate cranberry barks.  This outstanding bark also contains roasted almonds, and the dark cranberry bark has a few small chunks of white chocolate to add color and a little sweetness to the best cranberry bark you’ll ever taste.

Chunks of our signature English Toffee fill our Toffee Bark, so you get delicious dark chocolate combined with the buttery, nutty crunch of toffee.  Absolutely wonderful!

Road stripes in white chocolate identify our Rocky Road bark, available in dark chocolate or milk chocolate, and filled with miniature marshmallows and roasted almonds.  It’s the best way to handle a Rocky Road!
