The crisp gourmet dark chocolate shell of our truffles gives way to a naturally flavored dark chocolate center that melts in your mouth with a burst of flavor.  All our truffle flavors contain enough liqueur to volatilize the flavors for an intense taste.

These truffles are available in 6-pc (4 oz) and 15-pc (10 oz) boxes.   You can choose to have your box(es) filled with a specific truffle flavor or you can choose an assortment (Assorted, Liqueur, or Citrus).  If you’d like a box filled with only a few different flavors, be sure to call or send email to let us know what you want.  We’re happy to fill special orders.

We offer special combinations of truffles for various holidays.  Our Valentine Truffles, for example, contains raspberry, chocolate, and amaretto truffles.  In November and December, our Holiday truffle assortment includes raspberry, mint, chocolate, cranberry, coconut, and coffee.

With the exception of the pumpkin pie and Irish cream truffles, we use dark chocolate in both center and shell of our truffles.  However, we will make milk chocolate or white chocolate truffles for special requests of at least 2 lbs (approximately 60 truffles).  Other flavors of truffles may be available—we do some flavors seasonally, and we are always experimenting.  If you don’t see the flavor you’re looking for, ask cindy@brehmerscandies.com.
