Brehmer's Candies truffles have a crisp gourmet dark chocolate shell, while the filling melts in your mouth with a burst of flavor.  Our chocolate truffles come in a variety of flavors, pictured above.  The most popular flavors are chocolate, amaretto, raspberry, coffee, orange, and mint.

  We use fresh oranges and lemons, strong coffee, raspberries, coconut milk, almond extract and real amaretto, mint extract, and other natural ingredients to create the best possible flavor in our San Francisco Bay Area CA chocolate truffles.  Some of our seasonal truffle flavors use gourmet white chocolate in the truffle filling, such as for our strawberry and Irish cream truffle fillings.   Gourmet milk chocolate coats another seasonal favorite, pumpkin pie truffles.

 All of our truffles contain some liqueur or wine that enhances the flavor.  The alcohol content in each truffle is negligible, except for our brandy truffles, which pack as much punch as the law will allow.  Our Liqueur truffles include the brandy and amaretto flavors.  You can purchase truffles in four, eight, and eighteen piece boxes in an assortment or single flavors.  If you have a special order--something you can't find--please contact cindy@brehmerscandies.com to get your questions answered.
